My name is Missy Martin and I was born and raised in Houston. I've been working in the real estate profession for over 25 years. Katy, Kingwood, Cypress, Spring, Pearland, Friendswood, and Clear Lake.I also have worked with my husband, Larry Martin, in the real estate appraisal industry for over 38 years. Larry is now on my team and together, our extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, amenities, schools, construction, financing, commercial land acquisition, investment properties, 1031 tax exchanges, leases, market trends, market values, and appraisal techniques allows my team to offer expert guidance to our buyers and sellers.
