Professionals out there, please give me specific Sherwin Williams neutral paint color that you think is best for the interior of a 5,600 sq. feet house. Based on trends now, the most popular neutral is a light gray color with beige undertones. Any remodelers, agents, real estate flippers out there please let me know your thoughts on best paint color.

HI!! I\'m not sure what color for Sherwin Williams, but I always use Benjamin Moore - Revere Pewter and it is amazing! You can have Home Depot, Lowes, or even Sherwin Williams match that color, as they all have the color formula, or can color match a sample. I have had many many compliments! You will love it too!

We built/purchased our home in November of last year. When we did, the subdivision claimed to be part of a MUD district but could provide no evidence to back it up. My realtor and I did extensive digging (including calling the place who manages the MUD districts) and they said they couldn\'t find any MUD district associated with the address/subdivision. I checked all the tax records of the houses in the neighborhood that had already been built for long enough to incur property taxes and no one had paid property taxes.\n\nI just checked the appraisal district page, and it\'s showing us in a MUD! I still don\'t see where any of our neighbors are paying this, but the 2018 property tax statement isn\'t out yet.\n\nHere\'s my question: is it legal to start randomly charging a MUD fee when it\'s never been charged before? Wouldn\'t they have to get all the existing homeowners to agree to the creation of a MUD district? We are within Conroe city limits and pay our water/sewer to the city.

Good Morning!\n\nAs already mentioned, the MUD is usually established at the beginning of the neighborhoods formation and is to pay for all of the utility services for the neighborhood. Hi there- my fiancé and I live in the pearland area and are looking to move towards friendswood or around the scarsdale area. We have a very good income, but MY credit is low due to a problem with GAP insurance. His credit however is fine. I tend to make more each week so without my income he can not get approved. & with my credit I can not get approved. \nAny advice is helpful we are expanding our family and need a bigger place. \n\nTIY. \n\nMadison.
