Hi Tony,I think you have already seen the common denominators in our opinions:-Full disclosure-Transfer-ability of warranty (if any)Also, an assessment done by a reputable engineer would not hurt, and can be money spent in your living room and not in a court room. Get an independent analysis of your foundation without the sales pitch. Avoid inspectors that turn around and offer repairs. Be mindful of a credit from the cost of the inspection towards a repair.

We saw a home that we liked the end of November. We walked through the house twice and did not move fast enough - we really was not financially ready and are currently leasing an apartment. The status changed to option pending continue to show about two weeks after. It then changed to pending about 2.5 weeks later... it's still listed under pending. I had my realtor check and he said it's being purchased by a investor. Why is it taking this long? I'm praying hard that the deal falls through... but I know it's probably unlikely. I received an e-mail from HAR tonight that says there was a change.. when I looked at it nothing changed it still reads pending. Why is taking so long?

As a former educator, I can share with you that: Within the boundaries of an Independent School District, school (otherwise known as campuses) zones and boundaries do change from one school year to the next. That is one of the reasons a real estate professional should educate customers and clients about school zoning trends and boundaries, and should not express or imply Johnny's eminent enrollment in "sought-after" campus from SavoyFaire ISD, when they close on 123 Main St. The bordering lines of the ISD as a whole are a different story, nevertheless susceptible to annexations, consolidations and other behemoths. Case in question is North Forest ISD.
