Francesca is a highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough! I recommend working with her. She really takes her time to know her client and help them with anything needed. She is also an expert on the heights, River oaks and Montrose area. Always a great experience with Francesca!

Our experience with Norhill Realty, specifically Julie O'Neill, was beyond our expectations. We received expert advice from Julie on staging, listing, and pricing our home in a way that facilitated a quick sale and multiple offers above list. We cannot endorse her and her company strongly enough for anyone looking to sell a home, especially in the Houston Heights.

Our experience with Norhill Realty was fantastic! We worked with Vincent Biondillo who is one of the most forthright and laid-back professionals I have worked with in any part of my life. He really stands out in the real estate world. He went above and beyond to help us through the sale of our house and has helped us with multiple items since we moved out of Houston. The contractors he works with are hard-working and honest people themselves. He made multiple recommendations in terms of how we could improve our house for sale, and they all were fully explained. He always had a helpful opinion for any insight we needed, but he never pressured unduly. He lives and breathes the Heights, and he knows the area incredibly well. Ultimately, he did a great job with potential buyers and managing the process. He's also just a lovely person to get to know. Thanks Vince and the Norhill team for helping us sell our home which we loved!
