Good evening , it might be a stupid question , but does anybody else have this issues with clicking on \"Agent Full Report\" on main page of the listing in HAR trying to open the full MLS listing and get this error message :\n\"Error loading page. Please try again\nReason: The Link has expired\" \nRefreshing (reloading ) the page doesn\'t seem to help. Is it just my computer or anybody else has encountered this issue ??\nThank you deeply for your consideration and answers !\n

It happens if you are logged in to your HAR account multiple times. Log out of your account and refresh your page. If that doesn\'t work check your wifi connection and settings on your device. Hope this was helpful. :)

Hello everybody. We went under contract with a conventional loan third party financing addendum. Then client decided to go with a VA loan because of the lower interest rate. Now I need to modify this in the contract .What form do I use to make this amend , make this "switch" from Conventional to VA loan ? Thank you

You must do a new TPF addendum as the terms of the contract have changed.
