Hello, how do you separate combined pdf files from Zipfile, Authentisign, or docsign? I cannot simply deplete pages in Adobe Acrobat. Any one who can help? thanks
Authentisign - click document -> document slicer (looks like three papers icon) -> select document/page you want separated(until you see the page with the light blue border highlight) -> click save -> save as and keep the box ‘select pages’ checked -> then name your document -> then it’ll ask if you want to save changes, yes.
Zipform - click transaction > click documents tab > click document you want to modify > click split and rotate (if you don’t see it, click ‘more’ > click add split > select one of the pages you want separated and name document accordingly > then click ‘add split’ again if you want to create more separate documents
This is a great question. With a lot of good answers. I am old school. I usually "print to PDF". Then select the pages that I want to print, then rename and save. But I always wondered if there was any easier faster way,.
I use the print to pdf option as well. Select print but then where your drop down to select the printer is choose “print to pdf” and then select what pages and it’ll save just those pages as a new file. Continue until all the files needed are saved.
Once files are signed you can download the PDFs to your computer. You can then upload these files into ZipForms after creating a folder. ZipForms has a feature to split or separate files. I hope this helps.
Zipform- Go to Transaction Click open the folder you want Click on Documents Open the "E-sign Packet" it is the packet with all signed docs. This is a box with a Folder pic All induvial signed PDF docs are here. Hover over curser on each PDF and it will highlight a blue button on upper right corner. Click-Open the drop-down menu. Download each PDF on your Desktop. Or call me I can walk you thru. 832-851-9190
The workaround I use to is print to PDF the pages I need. You may or may not have noticed that most computers come with the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' as an option in the printer list. It allows you to select which pages you want to print to PDF and you can navigate to a folder of your choice to save the new document. Hope this helps.
On my laptop, if I have a file I want to save in multiple parts, I go to the print Page and instead of selecting a printer, I select save as pdf, then you can choose which pages to save, and rename it as necessary. Hope that helps.
Great answers from everyone. In case this helps, adobe has a Split option under Tools, Organize Pages . The icon looks like Scissors. From there you can choose to split to multiple files. I use Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. See link for more details.
You can print out you PDF but instead of it going to your printer, you save for it as a PDF and put the range of pages you want. It will save as a PDF.
This is how I do it using adobe acrobat. 1. Open the document and on the left-hand side expand the toolbar so that you see the icons for thumbnails, bookmarks, etc. 2. Right-click on the first page of each document and add a bookmark. Name the bookmark to correspond to the document name you intend to use 3. Once you have bookmarked each document in the set on the left-hand side click on Organize Pages. This should take you to a thumbnail view of the pages 4. Look at the toolbar directly above the thumbnails and select split. This will open another toolbar which will give you the option to split the document in various ways 5. Click the dropdown next to "Split By" and select top-level bookmarks. Select the appropriate output options and then select split.
There are a lot of great answers on here already, but I've messed around with several ways to split documents and to me, the easiest and fastest way is "Print to pdf" and just save each page range you want as a separate document.
Hello Zhaoqi Li, you can use a computer app called: pdffiller.com once you upload the original pdf you can delete the pages desired and save it as a new document. Hope it helps ! I use this tool a lot :)
