Best Realtor Ever! If you are looking for a great realtor who knows the market and cares about her clients and job, look no further! Maria Robichaud helped us with the purchase/sale of our houses. With her knowledge of the market and quick negotiation skills we closed on the purchase of our house in 2-1/2 weeks! Maria then sold our old house. Maria made the entire process for the purchase and sale easy and stress free. She understood our needs and expectations, was there through the entire process, always available and kept us informed. Maria and Aaron went over the call of duty, even stopping at our house to turnoff the water when a minor leak was discovered at a showing. The Robichaud Team sent us consistent market data so we could make good decisions. Maria was very attentive and patient with my questions and concerns. We love Maria! . We’ve been working with Maria for nearly a decade, and every time we found the right home, it was one she suggested. Each home has been a great fit for us. Most recently, when we decided to build, Maria went above and beyond, she even negotiated with the builder to throw in blinds for free.
