Ms. Duke is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has experience selling and staging Luxury Homes (LUXE).
She conducts Homebuyer Education classes and seeks lifelong relationships with her Clients helping them with every stage from first time buyers to retirement, second homes, resort property ownership and investments. She enjoys helping those seeking to downsize from large homes to one story and 55+ housing.
Ms. Duke is a Realtor® who is also an Interior Designer and award-winning home Stager. Margo offers FREE HOME STAGING of occupied homes for those who list with her.
Margo Duke has an extensive background of 25+ years in all phases of Real Estate. She attended Lamar University in Beaumont, majoring in Real Estate. She was one of the first female Appraisers in Austin before becoming a FEMA Housing Inspector and has worked disasters nationwide and in Puerto Rico.
She has continued her love of Real Estate education and her desire to be a well rounded resource for Clients. Margo served as a Senior Loan Officer and was a Marketing Director where she won the Realtor®'s Association Affiliate of the Year award. Ms. Duke spent several years in Washington's wine country as a Real Estate Broker for a luxury boutique firm who are sponsors of the Seattle Seahawks. Margo served on the Board of Directors for her local MLS.
