We had the privilege to have Margie O’Dea help with the sale of our previous house and that went so smoothly that we would not have thought about anyone else. Margie was on top of the land offer within minutes of us calling to tell her that we had found this piece of land. The sign hadn’t even been placed on the property at the time we called her; I am guessing that the land may have hit the HAR website sooner than the sign. Margie was in contact with anyone that she could to help us find out about water, sewer or septic, association restrictions, survey’s, etc. Margie took the time to listen to what our family wanted and what we need. Margie was very helpful with going to our house to meet with my mom, which has problems getting out sometimes. With that being said that means a lot to our family to know that we have an agent that will go the extra mile to help pick up documents and or cashier’s checks for escrow or just anything that we may need help with. Margie is also helping with us trying to find a builder for our property, even though she knows that it will be a little over a year. Margie knows that this will be something that we need to keep close in our sight so she wants us to be very prepared when the time comes.
