So how do I begin...well, Mai has been nothing but awesome! Throughout the entire process, she was there and walked us through every step of the way. She pays attention to details and makes sure everything is done on a timely manner and exactly how it is supposed to be. Mai is very professional at what she does and you could tell the moment you start working with her. She cares about your hard-earned money and will try her best during the negotiation. My wife and I were looking to get into a new home. She was very attentive to our needs and very professional. She was very receptive to any questions we had or found answers or clarification to them whenever needed. We just moved into our new home just after a new year after closing on our new home in Richmond mid-December 2020.
