Peyton had to do it all for this sale because I live an hour north. He showed the condo, had it professionally cleaned, worked with HOA on required resident issues, made sure HOA followed up on needed repairs, gathered mail and even brought it north to me on his way out of town , and made sure I never had to come into Houston. For closing he sent a notary to my home, and that meant I didn t have to attend closing. He was amazing. He is highly recommended.
