I chose Lorrie because she was a hard worker and I could count on her experience to sell my house. Her guidance allowed me to choose a price that was ahead of the market and could compete with all other houses for sale in the area. She and her co-workers set up numerous open houses to draw in a considerable number of potential buyers. Although the market had slowed, she was able to keep potential buyer coming in to see the place. She suggested we drop the price slightly to stay with the market, and a buyer came in making a reasonable offer.
