"Always do the right thing.....it's called integrity." According to Realtor and The Woodlands resident, Leslie Hitt, that was the best piece of career advice she ever received. "I care about each and every one of my clients, and I always put them first."
Leslie began her real estate career in 2002 after 14 years as a legal assistant, an important work experience that taught her the value of listening and paying careful attention to detail. She focuses her sales on neighborhoods in and around her home base, including all of The Woodlands, Montgomery Trace, Woodforest, Katy, Conroe, and Spring.
"I listen intently to what my clients tell me about their needs and wants," Leslie says. "Understanding their goals allows me to formulate and implement a game plan for their success - whether they are first-time buyers or seller or experienced in the process. I empathize with my clients during their moves, especially if it's a particularly challenging transition, and work hard to guide them through it with a minimum of stress."
Leslie believes that along with customer service and market knowledge, industry education is paramount. She holds important professional certifications and designations that include the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Relocation Specialist), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), and membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM).
Originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma, Leslie has lived in The Woodlands since 1999 and has volunteered regularly for the local chapter of the American Heart Association. She and her husband have an adult daughter and enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as antique shopping.
