I'm Le Nguyen, Broker and Owner of Go-M Realty, and I took the road less traveled to get here. I hold an accounting degree from UH-Downtown, so I read a contract the way few agents do — every number, every clause, every dollar that should stay in your pocket. Before real estate, I served as a purchaser for the U.S. Army in Kirkuk, Iraq, during the war, making mission-critical calls where there was no room to get it wrong. I also spent 16 years coaching competitive women's gymnastics — a sport where everything comes down to preparation, nerve, and executing when it counts. Those chapters shaped how I run a deal today. The numbers stay tight, and I don't flinch when the stakes climb.
I was raised in Houston and I live in Spring Branch, with roots here that run all the way back to the High School for Engineering Professions at Booker T. Washington. This city is my backyard, and I know it block by block — the neighborhoods, the schools, the streets where values move and why. My work runs the full range of this market: luxury homes, move-up buyers, condos and townhomes, investment property, and commercial deals. I handle all of it in English and Vietnamese (and sometimes Spanish), so nothing gets lost between you and the closing table.
When it's time to sell, I don't sit on a listing and hope. I market it hard — sharp pricing, strong presentation, and a strategy built to get your property in front of the right buyers fast. I'm a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert, but the credential I'm proudest of doesn't hang on a wall. Almost all of my business comes from past clients who send me the people they love — their family, their friends, their coworkers. That kind of trust isn't given lightly, and I've built my entire career on earning it.
