Can a listing broker quote a different price per month over the phone versus what is on HAR? Specifically my client called a listing agent and was told the actual rent is $50 more a month than the HAR monthly lease notation.

No. If it continues to happen, it’s a case of ‘Bait and Switch’. \nThat is a violation. If the listed price is wrong for whatever reasons, the listing agent should correct it.
