Kimberly Watts

A native of Louisiana, Kim Watts has proudly called Houston home since 1994. Before beginning her career in real estate, Kim was a Houston Oilers Cheerleader. She later embraced her favorite role as a stay-at-home mom.

After earning her real estate license, Kim co-founded a company that purchased, remodeled, and sold homes. She also played a pivotal role in her family’s real estate development business, overseeing the transformation of a 1920s downtown Houston warehouse into 29 luxury lofts—a project that sharpened her ability in construction and interior design.

Kim holds the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She has successfully represented clients across Houston and surrounding areas—including Galveston, Tiki Island, Clear Lake, Pearland, The Galleria, and The Woodlands. With her strong eye for design, Kim helps buyers see the potential in a property and guides sellers in enhancing their homes to achieve top-dollar results. Her philosophy is simple: a home is more than a transaction—it’s a life investment, and she is committed to maximizing her clients’ return.

Deeply connected to her community, Kim has contributed to numerous charities and organizations, including The Shining Stars, Buddy Program, Toys for Tots, and the Texas Coastal Cattle Women Association. She served as Co-Chair of the Rose Ribbon Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to women in need of reconstructive surgery following breast cancer. Since 2007, Kim has been an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Trailblazers Committee. She is also a proud member of the NFL Alumni Association, Phi Mu Sorority Alumni, and Houston Oilers Cheerleaders Alumni.

Kim earned her degree in Fashion Merchandising from McNeese State University. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling the world, staying active with daily exercise, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her faith in God is an important foundation in her life, guiding both her personal values and her professional relationships.
