Broker-Associate Kayelin Wright has received numerous performance awards, industry recognition, and certified service reviews and testimonials from clients throughout her 19-years of real estate sales in The Woodlands, TX.

She was recognized in 2008 and 2015 as one of the Top 25 Realtors in Houston, and in 2011 was selected from 30,000 local Realtors as one of the '20-Under-40 Next Generation Realtors' by the Houston Association of Realtors. 

Her success is the result of her tireless work ethic and her authentic, caring personality and love for serving others. She listens well to clients and excels at matching their needs with her personalized services and sense of urgency. 

Kayelin is tech-savvy and utilizes results-driven marketing strategies and detailed analytics when preparing market analyses for home sales. She is a pro-active problem solver with sharp attention to detail.

Kayelin holds a number of professional certifications including the Texas Associate Broker's license', Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and the National Association of Realtors' Green Certificate.

She is a certified Corporate Relocation Specialist and has assisted numerous Fortune 500 executives, USAA members, and U.S. Federal Government Agency staff in their home purchases, sales, and rentals.

As a side note, Kayelin was professionally trained in ballet, jazz and tap dance and appeared on the original Ed McMahon's Star Search show as a finalist in 1991. She even has earned Blue Belt status in Tae Kwon Do and is currently pursuing her Black Belt.

Kayelin is active in Triumph Over Kid Cancer and CandleLighters Houston. She is passionate about women's health and supports the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.

Kayelin holds a BS in Exercise Science from Arizona State University, graduating in 1998 with Cum Laude honors.
