I’ve used three realtors over the last five years and Kay is by far the best in the industry! Kay recently helped me on the sale of my home and I would highly recommend her to both first and experienced homeowners. There are four qualities that Kay exemplifies. Firstly, Kay is extremely hard-working and will work to get the best result for you. Kay worked tirelessly day and night to ensure that our property was ready for sale. She was available any time of the day, even outside of office hours. She was incredibly responsive to all my messages and calls. At times when it was difficult for us to connect with contractors, Kay would be there. For a period of time we were out of town, and Kay went above, and beyond what was needed. She diligently followed up on every lead, every person who walks through a showing and every interested party who had an inquiry. Secondly, Kay has a very high level of integrity. She would explain to me all the relevant legal requirements and more importantly, also pointed out the rights and responsibilities of the other party so that I was fully protected. Many agents try and push a quick sale, even if it means that the seller did not get the best result. Other agents bring a “don’t ask, don’t tell” attitude, often won’t provide the full truth. Kay was my trusted advisor - she was always upfront and kept me informed every step of the way. She also always respected my opinions and ensured that I was able to get the best price for my property. Thirdly, she has a very strong understanding of the Houston property market and also what’s happening in terms of buyer-seller dynamics. She kept a keen eye on the properties on the market (what was available, what had sold) and was able to advise me on whether I was priced appropriately and getting competitive offers. Finally, Kay pushes for excellence in everything that she does. She has a keen eye for detail, and went out of her way to make sure that our home was beautifully presented each time. She gave us excellent ideas on what to improve that would really make a difference. She also helped us think through lighting, painting, and having the right accents to make our property “pop”. Kay is now my go-to property advisor and I will be using her for all my property matters. I would again highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in the property market. Thanks again Kay!!

Kay is an amazing, personable realtor and the sweetest person I know! Her goal is truly to help you and you can feel it. She helped me and my husband buy our first house in September 2022 and everyone she recommend to us from leasing agent to electrician has been great!

Working with Kay has been a great experience. She is attentive, a good listener, and readily available anytime. I greatly appreciated her honesty, her patience and do diligence on each home that we viewed and happy to say that we finally purchased our dream home. Kay helped us rent and sell our previous home. We heavily relied on her many years of knowledge and her expertise. She has all the right contacts and I’m so glad that we did business with Kay Arnold. My Husband and I are looking to purchase additional properties with Kay. Thank you for everything you do so promptly.

Kay Arnold is an one of a kind realtor, she's very genuine, knowledgeable and cares about her clients. Working with Kay has been a very rewarding experience and pleasant as she assured my family and I got the right home. We found Kay Arnold during an open house. We were so impressed with her professionalism and her expertise that we decided to hire Kay as our new realtor. We have been working with her for few years now and very happy with service. She is quick in responding and her communication skills are remarkable. Buying and selling a house can be a bit hectic but Kay makes the whole experience painless. She makes us feel 100% confident by negotiating the best deal and recommending great home inspectors so when we make our decision, we don’t have any remorse.
