As a hometown resident of the Suburban Houston area for over 35 years, Ava has a passion and abundance of knowledge for this ever thriving market. For over 10 years, she has immersed herself into full time real estate in her hometown Tomball, and surrounding areas. Ava lives in Tomball area with her 2 beautiful children where she has lived for over 10 years. She has raised her children in these schools, and worked closely with residents throughout the Houston area, with an expertise in her Hometown Market. Ava graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate and has several years of Title Insurance and Closing experience.

She is mentored by one of the most successful RE/MAX Broker/Owners in all of America, Nimesh Patel, who owns and operates RE/MAX Fine Properties. She has partnered with him creating The Nimesh Patel Group, with seven agents, a listing coordinator and a marketing coordinator!
