Ava Deerdoff

A Houston native with more than 15 years of experience in real estate, Ava Deerdoff has built her career around one simple philosophy: know your business, communicate honestly, and always fight for your clients.

Having called the Tomball area home for more than a decade, Ava has had a front-row seat to the tremendous growth and transformation of the Houston suburbs. She loves the small-town feel of Tomball while being just minutes from the energy and convenience of Houston, giving residents the best of both worlds. Her local knowledge extends throughout Tomball, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Cypress, Spring, Houston, Montgomery, and Conroe.

Ava brings a unique depth of experience to her clients. In addition to more than 15 years in real estate, she has more than 10 years of experience in title insurance and closings, giving her an in-depth understanding of the transaction beyond the traditional buying and selling process. She understands what it takes to keep a transaction moving, anticipate potential issues, and protect her clients' interests from contract through closing.

Today, Ava serves as Lead Transaction Coordinator for the Nicole Freer Group at Corcoran Genesis. The Nicole Freer Group is one of Houston's top-producing real estate teams, closing 1,019 homes and $379 million in sales volume in 2025, with more than 800 five-star reviews. The group has assisted more than 6,000 clients and closed more than $2 billion in sales volume throughout its history.

While Ava's role gives her extensive insight into the behind-the-scenes details of successful transactions, her approach with her own clients is deeply personal. She is known for being knowledgeable, determined, and tenacious, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to complete transparency. She doesn't believe in leaving clients wondering what is happening or where things stand. She believes in keeping them informed, anticipating challenges, and being willing to have the difficult conversations when necessary.

Ava works with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and investors, bringing the same level of dedication to every transaction. Her experience in real estate, title, closing, negotiation, sales, and client service allows her to see the bigger picture while remaining focused on the details that can make or break a transaction.
