Liz LeGros brings a special quality to real estate. A term used in her Cajun heritage helps to define that quality - "lagniappe" - which means a little more. This acquired knowledge is then shared with clients so they are informed and updated about the changes in real estate as a Seller and/or as a Buyer. Liz believes an 'an informed client is an educated client.' Liz holds the professional designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

Those relocating to Houston have the advantage of her knowledge of living in the city for over 40+ years. Helping those new to the city to navigate and learn Houston is an extra step Liz takes to ensure clients are well taken care of. Her market knowledge continues to grow while working with clients, including the areas of Katy, Cypress, Memorial, Sugar Land, Spring, Tomball, Humble, Magnolia and other areas.

Giving back to her community, Liz has been a Court-Appointed Child Advocate (CASA) volunteer in Fort Bend, involved with church and community activities and supports the Epilepsy Foundation and the Leukemia Foundation.
