I wish there was a Kathy in every field because you can t get better than her It s been our second home purchase with her as our agent and she could not have made the process easier Her communication response time is phenomenal and as a retail worker she goes above and beyond to fit whatever our changing schedule needs We appreciate her candor about important issues that could arise as she has had plenty of experience with questionable properties Both homes we purchased were from shady sellers but we would have never known by how she kept her cool and got us what we needed in a timely manner Not only did we luck out with finding a perfect realtor® we made a lifetime friend in Kathy and will no doubt continue to keep in touch and use her for any future home purchases
