Kate grew up on Lake Ontario in upstate New York, where she enjoyed golfing and boating. She graduated from SUNY Brockport, where she played college volleyball. Her competitive spirit lead her to a position in online SEO marketing for the oil and gas industry, where she managed marketing for large international accounts. Her family roots are in real estate, with several top producing Brokers and Realtors throughout the nation. Seeing her family's success and rewards drove her to getting her own license. Her friendly style and relationship building skills are the cornerstone for her success. Kate's ability to analyze data creates a negotiation edge in helping her clients.
