I am looking to lease a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment but i have two broken lease that are unpaid over 3 years old, credit is not so good but i am willing to pay an additional deposit if reasonable. Does anyone know any place that would lease to me?

I keep going to view these houses for rent, and meeting these "realtors". They claim they''ll help me locate a place if I don''t like the one I am viewing. I always take them up on their offer, forward all the listings I am interested in, and all supporting documents, and nothing.... They just completely fall off the face of the earth. They don''t email back or return phone calls. It''s maddening, and I am on a time frame. Should I keep harassing them, or just say; forget it, and go it alone?

Hi there Yu! The best way that I have found is to use MLS. I personally still like Tempo (call me old-fashioned, but hey it\'s all about preference)! Start by hovering your mouse over the \"Search\" icon (looks like a magnifying glass. Then hover on the drop down titled \"Quick Search\". Afterwards hover over the additional drop down of \"Rentals\". This will bring up your search features. You may start by clicking on \"Active\" in the status information. This will allow you to see what any current homes are being listed for. Next enter in some of the basics on the values of the home that you are currently wanting to list. (Such as 3bdrm, 2bath, 1 car detached garage). Then proceed with also entering the location information. Depending on how you would like to see what other properties are going for, you could enter the zip code, the subdivision, or even the actual street name. Click the \"Search Now\" button and any Active listings should populate. To ensure that all listings accurately are comparable to your property, be sure to review the pictures as well as details for all of the properties that came up. You may then select the properties that are most alike your \"Subject Rental\" by checking the corresponding boxes. Click the \"CMA Report\" button out of the \"Report Functions\" box on the right side. A RENTAL COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS will populate. Review the information contained on the CMA and especially pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the section that is highlighted in DARK GRAY and states \"Average\". More specifically, be sure to look at the Average bedrooms, Average Square Footage, Average Rent Price, and the Average Days on the Market!! / As you can tell, this process is similar to running a CMA on a single family home!!
