Real estate has been a part of Juli's life from a very young age growing up with a Realtor® mother. Having learned from the very best she understands all aspects of the real estate market, home financing and contract negotiation. She works with buyer's and seller's in all price ranges and has extensive experience with first time homebuyer's, new construction, estates, investment properties and relocations with financing ranging from conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA and cash transactions.
Her passion for real estate, problem solving and commitment to her clients is complimented by her strong work ethic and professionalism. She works diligently to provide her clients with extraordinary service, honesty and integrity. Having grown up in Houston, she has a first-hand familiarity with Houston's neighborhoods and various communities including but not limited to the Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, River Oaks, West University, Southampton, Bellaire, Memorial, Montrose, Rice/Museum District.
Growing up in Houston, Juli attended Duchesne Academy and graduated from Lamar High School. From there she went to Southern Methodist University, earning her Bachelors of Arts in Advertising. Juli and her husband reside in Oak Forest. When not selling real estate, they enjoy traveling, live music and spending time with family, friends and their rescue dogs.
