Joe was referred to me, by a coworker when I was just starting the hunt . I had a perfect vision, of what I wanted my home to look like even wrote all of its features and amenities to the T . Joe listened to my wants, mapped out my needs, and we were off. Initially, I wanted something already built, established, and just needed some personal twang to it. Over a 3-4 month period, he stuck with me through the most vast variety of listings tailored to my perfect picture . I ve seen some houses that were just out of my reach, but perfect visually saw some that you wouldn t want to be within eyesight of..okay? When I felt like I d seen every house within the area of choice, Joe asked me, Why don t we try a new build? Once we heard all of the amenities that came with the neighborhood and HOA, I put my earnest money down immediately. Joe also, being the BEST, put me in touch with a lender that he referred, that are just as amazing as he is. I had my approval for the loan, prior to putting earnest money down, and walked in to closing feeling like a winner because of their combined efforts behind me. I m still so happy with the journey, but most appreciate to Joseph Coleman.
