How can I block the history of my sales?

Im pretty sure you can select what shows up on your website by going to manage my website on the portal. I think it is under the tools tab. Also, the HAR support team has always been excellent at helping me when I have any questions about the members only portal. There is a chat button at the bottom of the main page.

I am the listing agent for a condo and the buyers agent sent me the complete inspection report her client paid for. They asked for only 4 items to be repaired. Seller declined so they terminated. I will be returning listing to active, the condo\'s were built in 1964 and seller wants to sell as if and not pay for any repairs. Do I just add inspection report as an attachment, market listing as being sold as is and do I need to update sellers disclosure? Any advice is welcome...

Choosing a top 3 list is relative because clients differ and the list is definitely not set in stone. Clients look for different things that will make the transaction a success. This list could be any of the under listed and not limited to:\n1. Knowledge of the local market\n2. References\n3. Negotiation skills \n4. Communication skills\n5. Commissions/fees\n6. Chemistry with the realtor\n7. Fully representation and always in their corner\n....it’s an endless list depending on the client but the most one is working with a realtor they can trust.

My client has expressed that they would like to opt out of having a for sale sign posted in the yard for sake of privacy from neighbors. If possible, is there any special document or approval needed to do so?

Absolutely yes! Remember one of our fiduciary duty to our clients is obedience. I believe their privacy should be respected if they do not wish to have a yard sale on their lawn and there are no papers/documents/forms to adhere with for this. Some of the reasons we affix yard signs are to drive traffic to the sale, announcement/advertise the sale and to promote ourselves too ???? \nGood luck.
