He hosted a two-day open house to begin the sales process. His advance marketing insured it was well attended by fellow realtors and prospective buyers. At the end of the open house, we had multiple offers and Jon helped us negotiate the details to accept an offer that was above our asking price.

When it came to finding our new home, Jon researched our desired area and first took us to see potential neighborhoods. Then, he searched for homes that met our specific criteria in the areas we liked most and arranged very targeted showings that made good use of our time.

Maybe best of all, Jon is simply a dynamite purchase negotiator. His skills and knowledge enabled us to purchase our new home for far less than the original asking price and much, much less than we would have ever even considered offering on our own. He made a substantial difference.
