I have managed a national team of acquisition, renovation, and asset management specialists, driving continuous improvement through coaching, development, and detailed reporting. Collaborating closely with the Brokerage team, we implemented property enhancements that ensure maximum ROI upon sale. I have also managed real estate brokerages at the Senior Director and Executive levels responsible for the growth, strategic partnerships, planning/execution and sales performance.

Annually, I have analyzed and underwritten residential properties valued at over $2.1 billion and oversee the construction and renovation of more than 120 ongoing projects. As a certified negotiation expert and master certified negotiation expert, I leverage my skills to optimize capital strategy, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
