Hi Kelly! Well, your question has many other questions...Such as how long has it been on the market? How are other homes selling in the area? When you say \"it looks great\", has it been recently refreshed with a new coat of paint? Is the landscaping colorful and inviting? Has the home been staged appropriately? As my colleague mentions, these are questions that you can bring up with your Realtor. These are items that can be controlled. The only thing that we can\'t control is the market, and if you have done many of the items mentioned, then you may have to address price and make sure that it is comparable to the recent sales in your area...Just remember, June is around the corner and you will be surprised when many buyers come out of the woodwork...Best of Luck!!

Hi Ruth, Just saw your question on HAR. I\'m not sure if you\'re going to find many agents that actually \"specialize\" in these types of purchases unless you are indeed an investor that purchases these types of properties in \"bulk\" and usually for cash. That\'s not to say that someone in our Realtor community cannot help. If you can let us know a bit more of information such as the area that you are looking into, if it is a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom, how many baths, whether you prefer 1 story or higher, how much of a \"fixer upper\", is it cash or do you need financing....etc... The one thing agents do specialize in is area. So, as they say...location, location, location...Just give us give us a couple of more clues and I am sure someone will reach out!

Hi Julia, Typically if you are working with a Realtor on a specific property that has been listed on the rental market through the MLS, either agent (listing or leasing) can provide you with the application with a hard copy or email through our \"Zip Forms\". If the rental is with a \"rental by owner\", they may provide you with a questionnaire themselves or obtain a template from shops such as Office Depot or Office Max...You can Google for a generic form, but be careful because some of those forms may be out of state and not really be relevant to Texas.
