Hi Sheila!! Yes, you can post listings to your FB personal page. There is a feature on your har.com member portal, you must enable to automatically feed it to FB, LinkedIn & Twitter. At that point, you can also decide which FB page you want it to go to. Once you enable it, It will also post price changes, open houses and when it closes! This all part of your MLS dues. I believe it will become part of the Platinum package, starting July 1. HAR is offering training on the Platinum tools. You can search the class by location by logging into www.har.com/edu
I hope this helps!

I think it is better to post listings to a Facebook Business Page. If you want to post something about them to a personal Facebook page, I recommend you take a picture of something about the house and post that to Facebook. Interesting pictures tend to get better responses. If the house has something unique about it, take a quick picture and post it. Things like beautiful pools, claw foot bathtubs, etc.

I tend to share listings on my business Facebook page and not my personal page as a rule. If you post on your business page you can also track click throughs and promote, so posting on your personal page limits you in that way. If you do post on your personal page, I would limit how often you post business as your friends may grow weary of business posts and start blocking them. I also use the HAR tool to make a property website so you can simply share the link.

Hi Sheila...from what I understand we can post listings on FaceBook, and I do.
Always check with your seller before doing so especially if the home is occupied.
This is something good to go over during the listing presentation in the section
that mentions the use of the internet. Hope this helps!
