John Anthony Jamandre is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams. His journey in real estate began in 2017, and he has never looked back. In a short period of time, he earned recognition as a top selling agent twice and a top seller’s agent eight times. He has helped over 100 sellers, many in challenging situations, successfully liquidate their properties both on and off market. His areas of expertise include market analysis, estate sales, senior transitions, investor-focused strategies, team leadership, and negotiations. He is also highly skilled in systematizing proven methods for liquidating properties, guiding clients through 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains taxes, and navigating complex situations such as divorce and probate.
John Anthony works alongside his wife and business partner, Lea, and together they are raising their three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys activities that keep his body strong and his mind sharp, as well as spending time in prayer. He understands the importance of staying grounded and maintaining a full cup so he can serve his clients at the highest level. He is also an active member of the Knights of Columbus at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church and continues to support his daughters’ school community.
