First and foremost, your Broker should be aware of the deteriorating client relationship. Your Broker may have a feasible remedy. However, if a client is unsatisfied or simply has a change of heart, I don\'t want to force anyone to work with me. In order to salvage the listing, refer the client to an Agent acceptable to the client. At least you will receive a referral fee.
