Lisa Mock is an amazing inspector! She is much more thorough than other inspectors. She has a wood destroying insect inspector that she works with and they go out at the same time.

Most inspectors will ask if you want to schedule a termite inspection at the same time as the general and they work with a few termite people and they come at the same time but you pay them separately.

Most inspectors have a WDI Inspector that they work with who inspect at the same time. There is a separate charge for WDI Inspection.

Chris with Check it out inspections does both and they are employees of the same company vs sub-contracting the termite inspector to someone else.
