Right after it was listed, we got a cash offer for more than the list price. Everything she recommended was SPOT ON. Then, she performed nothing but a miracle in 2016 when I purchased my next home… I found what I thought was a nice house in the area I wanted, and the seller accepted my offer. On the actual day of closing, we discovered the house had been flooded in the past (several times, one only a month or two before!) and the sellers had not disclosed.
