Jenny, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist, founded JWang Properties in 2018 after 16 successful years with RE/MAX Metro, where she earned the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame honor. She blends her passion for real estate with creativity through JWang Media and her role as host of Selling Houston on American Dream TV, elevating the client experience with powerful storytelling and high-quality lifestyle marketing. Beyond real estate, Jenny is an accomplished author and active community leader. Her debut novel, Girl Wears Those Shoes, was published in November 2021 and went on to win an award shortly thereafter. Jenny has served on the DEI Committee at the Kerrville Board of Realtors and was the 2016 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Houston. A longtime supporter of the arts, she has also been an Ambassador for the Houston Ballet for over a decade and currently serves on its Ambassador Committee.In 2024, JWang Luxe Boutique Realty expanded its services to include key concierge offerings such as luxury home sales, streamlined estate services, and relocation assistance across Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and the Texas Hill Country. “Wow what can I say about my experiences with Jenny She helped me prepare my ... “Wow….what can I say about my experiences with Jenny?? She helped me prepare my house to sell in 2014 (advised me on what sort of changes/improvements were worth making). Right after it was listed, we got a cash offer for more than the list price. Everything she recommended was SPOT ON. Then, she performed nothing but a miracle in 2016 when I purchased my next home… I found what I thought was a nice house in the area I wanted, and the seller accepted my offer. On the actual day of closing, we discovered the house had been flooded in the past (several times, one only a month or two before!) and the sellers had not disclosed. Not only did Jenny successfully get me out of the contract on this “lemon”, she found and helped me put a new contract on the real home of my dreams on that same day. To make a very long story short (a story that is a bit entertaining for me now “after the fact”- but devastating at the time!) …finding a good real estate professional to identify and coordinate showings is one thing….but having someone on your side that knows the processes in and out, and knows and exhibits the right way to do business is PRICELESS.
