Jennifer Pammit

Born in Tyler, Texas but raised in Missouri City, Jennifer obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing at the University of Houston. Her sales experience and business acumen were honed when she completed the nationally recognized, C.T. Bauer College of Business-Program for Excellence in Selling, where she received her Sales Professional Certificate. The Program allowed her to gain strong competencies in the sales process, leadership, communication and the overall client experience. Shortly after beginning the program, Jennifer solidified an internship with the Houston Rockets Basketball team that led her to sales and customer service positions that allowed her to take part in and observe the inner workings of a National Basketball team. I enjoyed working with clients and my coworkers but most importantly, I truly enjoy meeting new people and establishing lifelong relationships. Jennifer attributes her capacities and proficiencies with contracts, negotiations and deal-making to her legal education she obtained from South Texas College of Law Houston. Jennifer also participated in the Probate clinic, where she represented and assisted clients with post-death transfers of property, including real estate. Jennifer recognizes and thrives on having the opportunity to advocate and serve others while she continues to grow professionally and personally. As a homeowner myself, there are various questions that you don't always know to ask. Jennifer strives to bring value and elevate her clients' experience by continuously keeping her clients educated and informed every step of the way towards building their real estate portfolio. In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with family, reading self-development books, participating in 5ks and half marathons, hiking, hot yoga and enjoying Houston's latest restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
