My husband and I were a bit out of our depth and did not fully understand the home buying process, but Jennifer walked us through it personally and provided us with helpful tools to help us educate ourselves. She also offers a transaction concierge to keep track of all the moving pieces and documents that we needed for closing. The home needed some renovations, and Jennifer and her team were always available and willing to open up the house when we toured it with prospective contractors. With Jennifer's help, we negotiated with the sellers to pay for numerous repairs and ended up paying several thousand dollars below asking. We would recommend her to any homebuyers.”

They were concerned about addressing all of our concerns regardless of how small or large they were. We live over 450 miles from the property. They helped address issues with the contractors and builders of the house to get repairs done to sale the property. Even cleaning the house, staging the house for open house, and yard work.
