His warm personality provides an instant “trust factor” which was very important to the client/realtor relationship. My husband and I had crazy questions and Jeff was always polite, patient, and addressed our concerns with a good attitude. He distributed fliers to the neighbors letting them know they may have a family member who may be interested in moving closer. We received an offer in 6 days!
