I'm writing this review after about 8 months of buying my home. So I took my time to think about how the process went.<br /> <br /> Saja is a very sincere enthusiastic real estate agent, smart and hard working. She will give you all her time and attention no matter how much of that you would need (and I needed a lot of both since I'm a detail oriented person). She will treat you like a close family member and will continue to do so even after you buy that home of your dreams.<br /> <br /> Saja never rushed me to buy a home but she always rushed herself to help me in the process of finding the home and closing out when I made up my mind on something and she made sure to give me her best advice on what works for me based on the discussions we had before we start the whole process of finding a home and also based on the analysis she performed for every house that I decided to look into before and after we go for a viewing it.<br /> <br /> Also, Saja was an excellent real estate agent in the process of closing out the deal by analysing the market price and giving me her best advice on how much should we offer<br /> <br /> The best part is that she did her best in negotiating the price and she got me an excellent discount on the original price and an extra cash on closing that was very fair to cover up the contingencies.<br /> <br /> I definitely recommend her for every kind of real estate business since she has a diverse background and knows how to tailor her work to her client's needs and how to put her client's interests First.
