“My sisters and I were in the process of searching for houses to lease when we had the pleasure of finding Janet Binch. We were struggling to find our temporary dream home when one day, as we were attempting to set up an appointment to view a home but failed, an unknown caller contacted my sister. To our pleasure, Janet Binch was on the other line and offered to help. Our experience with Janet was nothing but phenomenal. She was not only kind, enthusiastic, and friendly, but she genuinely wanted the absolute best for my sisters and I. Our experience with Janet was amazing. Not only did we find our temporary dream home, but we made a true, everlasting friendship. As three young girls in our mid 20’s whom have never leased a house, it was apparent that we needed guidance. Janet was our rock throughout the process. Every single house we viewed, Janet always provided tips and advised us on what to look out for and consider before signing a lease. There was one house in particular that we fell in love with, but experienced trouble with one landord. Janet had our back and knew what we deserved better. Once we found the home we absolutely loved, after the lease was executed, Janet showed up for the first meeting with the landlords and advised us with necessary questions to ask and ensured we were aware of best practices on how to protect ourselves for future purposes. We would really like to empathize just how genuine Janet was about our well being and happiness. Our experience was beyond a 10 out of 10. ”
