I am James Valles, the owner/broker of R.E.D. Right Realty in Houston, Texas. I have been fortunate to call Houston home for over 20 years. My journey in real estate began as a credit risk analyst for a builder finance group, where I discovered I had a passion for anything real estate related. Contrary to popular belief, residential real estate is not just about showing pretty homes and posting on social media. It's a relationship business, and I strive to build meaningful connections with clients, contractors, escrow officers, inspectors, lenders, and everyone involved in ensuring successful transactions. Cultivating relationships is the driving force behind my success and my business.
My motivation comes from knowing I get to help people. Buying or selling a home is often one of the biggest decisions in people's lives, and I approach it with integrity and respect. That's why I named my brokerage R.E.D. Right Realty, an acronym representing Real Estate Done Right.
