I’m James Valles, the owner and broker of R.E.D. Right Realty in Houston. I’ve called this city home for more than 25 years, and everything I do is rooted in the relationships I’ve built here. I got my start as a credit risk analyst in builder finance. Real estate is a relationship business. It’s not just showings and social media. It’s listening, communicating, and taking care of people. I focus on building strong connections with clients, agents, contractors, lenders, inspectors, and escrow partners because those relationships are what make transactions successful.
I named my brokerage R.E.D. Right, because it stands for Real Estate Done Right. That means treating every client with fairness and respect. I know this market well. My negotiation style is confident but never high-pressure. My clients trust my judgment, and many come back again and again.
