“We absolutely loved her! Jada is an excellent realtor and helped us through the entire journey to get us our first home ever. As first time home buyer, initially we did not know exactly what we wanted. She patiently guided us, showing upwards of 10 houses to help us figure it out. Once we honed in to our criteria, she was always on the lookout and would send us potential properties that met the criteria. She has excellent market knowledge. After visit to each potential house, she would send us an analysis of the various comparable houses to help us make up our minds. All through this, she never pushed us to make a decision in haste. She went through the entire home-buying process in great detail with us. After we found a house we wanted to buy, she was excellent in negotiating on our behalf! She helped us immensely through the inspections, negotiating repair work with the seller, and closing of the house. I remember she would even proactively check-in on the progress of the repairs periodically herself and update us! She always gave us a lot of personal attention and always went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. Her pleasant personality, patience, excellent communication and all the hard work she did on our behalf turned a stressful process of buying a house into a happy one.
