“Jackie had to navigate regulations set by The Veterans Land Board re: access to the property. This was no easy task to place a suitably sized culvert and the required truckloads of dirt to create a safe and durable access to the property. I,as the property owner and seller, had no idea where to begin in creating a properly placed culvert. Jackie handled the general contracting to coordinate the purchase of the culvert, truckloads of dirt, delivery of all to site, workers and equipment to install the culvert and photography to satisfy VLB that requirements requested had been met. Service well beyond what I anticipated I might need on the day I placed the listing with Jackie ”

She networked eith other agents, took time to speak with city to better educate potential buyers, assisted in fullfilling buyers request to insure sale process went smooth, maintained constant communication thruout the sales process with weekly phone and text updates, and attened the closing with us to increase the potential buyer pool and to insure all of our needs were met. Jackie listened to our suggestions and was an essential part of why the property sold at full list price although outher agents had felt it was overpriced, proving it was not overpriced at all.
