Jessica Llorente was the Realtor who handled sale . She is very professional, and knowledgable. There were a few bumps in the road; she smoothed them out with ease.. It had been a long time since I had a house to sale and I really dreaded it. Jessica eased every hesitation I had, and made it easy. I am very happy with the results she got. I would recommend her with confidence.

Well informed and trustworthy are the words that come to mind for Jim. We could not have asked for much more out of a realtor. We moved to the area from out of state and didn’t know anyone. Jim showed us the ropes and helped make our move enjoyable. Even after the sale, Jim followed up and helped us in multiple ways. We would recommend Jim to anyone In search of a realtor.

Brian was absolutely amazing to work with! As first-time renters, we had so many questions, and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond and got us into houses for tours faster than we expected. He was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. Katie is excellent! She worked so hard and has succeeded at finding my family and I the perfect home! We are beyond pleased with her work with us. She is kind and dedicated, trustworthy and dependable. She is a very good communicator and responds quickly, which I loved! She has a very welcoming presence. She truly is joy to work with! Jackie Talbert of Hidden Paradise Realty was referred to us by a family member who recently purchased a home, raving about her positive experience. The first time we met she asked us to dinner and genuinely wanted to get to know us- as a couple but also as individuals- asking about our hobbies, our occupations, our goals and what we want to get out of buying a home. After a recent terrible and stressful experience of selling our home out of state in Maryland, we felt defeated and anxious to begin the search to buy a home. However, after our first encounter with Jackie, we already knew this would not be a repeat experience… we knew we were in great hands for this task. She showed us around a few places and understood what we were searching for. She was patient, kind, fun and offered the best advice with what to find in a home. She did not treat us like just any clients; she treated us like friends and family. After two different evenings of showings, she said “I have the perfect home and I think y’all will really love it.” As I sit here typing this in that very “perfect home”, we couldn’t be more grateful to her in suggesting this listing to us. From the moment we walked into this home, we could not look at any other properties the same. This was the definition of the “buy me feel”. A contract was offered and she stayed up late to get it in as soon as possible for us. Once accepted, every step of the way was less stressful than expected. Her communication was very timely and easy. She was a fabulous liaison between us and the wonderfully kind sellers. She had many connections and referrals for anything we could ever need and still may need in the future as new homeowners. As someone who does not know the area very well, Jackie helped with where to start when we needed services during the journey to closing. She kept us informed but also asked how we were feeling. She cared about our well-being during the biggest financial endeavor of our lives. We were touched by how much she looked at this as making a difference in our lives versus just another sale. Closing day could not come soon enough as we were able to get all our ducks in a row with the help of Jackie and Anna at Guild mortgage. I never thought buying a home would be this enjoyable; especially after our recent experience in selling our previous home. Nearly a week since closing and we miss her already! Her thoughtful gift at closing was incredibly kind and will be cherished forever. With our minds at ease and keys in our hands, we are forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Jackie Talbert at Hidden Paradise Realty. Not only did we find our perfect home, our very own hidden paradise… we found a friend and neighbor for years to come. Thank you Jackie for all you have done for us and continue to do for us as new neighbors! You truly are one of the kindest souls we have every met and you are in the right field… thank you for the difference you made in our lives forever.
