Quinn is a great communicator and is very responsive. As a long-term resident in Houston, he provides great insight on the Houston rental market. His insight on the neighborhoods in Houston has been helpful to me in deciding which neighborhood to focus on as a new investor in the Houston area. As a buyers agent, he successfully negotiated for a price below the appraised value of the house. Highly recommend. I would like to work w/ him again on future value-add investment deals.

Knowledge is king and Steve knows Real Estate, his pride in being a Realtor shows especially when it comes to his clients and representing them. When it comes to selling a home you should always leave that to the professional's, his advice is worth a lot more than anything and as a seller or buyer Steve is a great person to have on your side of the table. Hands down my Realtor and should be yours.

Engaged Steve Mullins to market and sell my property. He was awesome. Always there to answer questions, provide advice and help whenever needed. Will let the results speak for itself - listed the house, had prospective buyer walk through and offer received within 12 hours of listing and at list price (which was priced correctly!).
