“There is so much to say about the excellent service provided by Olga. To start, my wife and I started working with her from Germany over 6 months ago in preparation for our transition to Houston due to my retirement from the Army. She was extremely patient with us although we were unsure of our final destination. We had plans to buy but knew that renting would be better because we knew absolutely nothing about Houston. Olga assisted us in ways that we would not have expected. She obviously sent us properties to consider in our price range. She cleared her schedule to assist me and my family on multiple occasions to look at houses to include holidays. She was always extremely prompt at answering emails/phone calls from all parties involved throughout the entire process (lender, title co, myself, etc), and was very organized so she would have the documents that were being requested available to me to sign immediately. She was also very prompt at scheduling any work/inspection needed on the property so as to ensure we closed on time.
