A little bit about me:


I was born in Brownsville, Texas and raised in Houston, Texas (East End area). My passion for real estate blossomed while my hubby and I lived in California. I received my real estate license in 2005. Over the past 16 years of my career, I have been involved in countless real estate transactions, providing me with a vast knowledge of the residential real estate market.





When I'm not helping clients achieve their ownership and investment goals, I love to take time to recharge. I love spending time with family, physical fitness activities and going to the movies. Watching our grandsons play football is a big priority and an absolute blast! My spiritual life is always central and we love our time with our New Hope Church family. We chose to live in Pearland to be close to our kids and grandkids and are members of the Southlake community.

Being born into a family with a strong background in Real Estate, Chase Fabling was raised in Houston's Energy Corridor where he attended Spring Branch Schools and often assisted in his family's real estate business. Moving inside the loop 9 years ago, Chase attended the University of Houston, completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. A member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, Chase participated in numerous courses relevant to analyzing market trends including Applied Econometrics and Data Mining. I am a Native Houstonian and have lived in Seabrook for the last 21 years.. In my free time, I am usually at the beach and/or fishing. Carmen Maria Montiel has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Investor in many different fields: Multi Families, Commercial Building, Landlord, Developer and more. And she is taking that experience to help her commercial clients, Investors and Homeowners.

Carmen Maria Montiel came to Houston originally as the Anchor Woman for Telemundo, later developed a Medical Practice and now is a Business Owner and Real Estate Investor.

Carmen Maria Montiel is an honor graduated Journalist from ETSU. She is a TV personality and a Former Miss Venezuela, Miss South America and 2nd Runner Up in Miss Universe Pageant.

She cares about our community which is why she has run twice for US Congress .

After graduating from Penn State University, Roze began her 10-year career in nonprofit management, which included working in Washington, DC and in South Africa during her time in the Peace Corps. After gaining experience in project and event management, Roze and her husband, Matt decided to move to Houston to purchase their first home and start a family. After experiencing two home buying/selling experiences, it was clear to Roze that real estate was her true professional passion. Bringing her event/project management experience first to Century 21, closing several sell-side and buy-side transactions successfully as an Agent she transitioned to Redfin to work as a licensed Transaction Coordinator in 2017. Nearly two years later and after closing over 200 deals as a Transaction Coordinator, Roze moved to the role of Redfin Lead Agent specializing in working with buyers in North Houston. Joe Garza was born and raised in Houston, TX. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people.
