S. in Advertising from the University of Texas, Kelly worked in the ad industry for four years. She bought and negotiated spots for television & radio on behalf of various national clients and constructed successful marketing plans and market analyses in the top 12 U.S. markets. Thanks to her advertising background, negotiating, marketing & customer service are Kelly's fortes. In 2007, Kelly earned her MBA from the University of Houston. Kelly continually develops her professional skills through education, workshops & seminars. In 2010, following the economic downturn and subsequent housing crisis, Jeff’s reflection on his prior experience led to the question of why more data isn’t made available to consumers in the residential real estate market. This question combined with his love for technology motivated Jeff to start NuHabitat in 2012 in a pursuit to bring improved transparency, speed and accuracy of property listing information to consumers during their online home search. While becoming a REALTOR in 2012, Jeff joined Nino Properties in Houston to assist with Digital Strategic Planning and use his homebuilding knowledge to help others in the process of buying and selling homes. Now calling Austin, TX his home, Jeff joined Realty Austin, Austin’s leading real estate Brokerage with more than $1.6 billion in home sales in 2014 and over 300 agents.
