I was born in Ukraine and after that lived in 7 different countries long-term and traveled over 60 building businesses and exploring different cultures.



I was immersed in the diversity of opposites - from Japan to Brazil and experienced the beauty in the challenges life was presenting at that moment. At some point, I was speaking 5 languages, including Spanish and Chinese and now it helps me a lot to embrace, welcome, and navigate any cultural differences.



After lots of traveling, I settled down in Moscow and built a successful business there. My company was selling corporate gifts that we were bringing from China in HUGE containers)



After some time I started investing in real estate in Russia and that was the first dive into my ultimate passion and current career.



During another traveling to the beautiful island of Phangan, I met my ex-husband. He is from the USA, so at some point, we moved to Houston to be closer to his family who helped us take care of our newborn baby.



When it was time to get back to work I realized that to serve people the most I should utilize my biggest superpowers - finding solutions to unsolvable problems, being very kind, but at the same time extremely persistent negotiator, diligently and responsible serving my clients and help them in whatever they might need.



Being extremely honest and straightforward I quickly conquered the hearts of many clients. There is no bigger joy in life than helping people to reach their goals and I am looking forward to serving more people in the future!

Taresa rejoined the Real Estate Professional community in April of 2015 having been a licensed agent from 1991 to 1995 and returned in 2015 after a successful career as a Controller, CPA, Accounting Software Consultant and IT Professional. Taresa has achieved the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) Designation, Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR®), the Accredited Staging Professional® Designation, the TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) Designation and the NHC (New Home Construction - Buyer Representative) Designation and the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) Designation.
Most recently I have added the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation. I am excited to be working with Seniors and their families to find the perfect home for them, including Active Senior Communities or Continued Care Facilities. This is a free service for my client. I offer this at no cost to the client. The facility compensates me if you move in to their facility. The goal being to assist you in finding the perfect place for you or your parents or loved one. These designations enhance my Real Estate knowledge and help me better serve my clients.

Taresa grew up in the Real Estate business. Her dad, his dad, and his brothers were all home builders. She and her husband have invested in Real Estate in the Houston, Texas area for many years. They have owned Apartments, and Rental properties, and have flipped houses as investors. Hence, She has years of experience on both sides of Real Estate transactions.

Taresa will always go that extra mile to serve you well as a buyer or seller of Real Estate. She will coordinate your sale or purchase for you with proficiency, honesty and integrity. Taresa works with clients in the Northwest part of Houston including Spring, Cypress, Tomball, Woodlands area, and Magnolia, as well as the Briargrove Park, Woodway, Voss and Memorial areas of Houston. As a new property owner in Bandera County, she also works the Texas Hill Country Area. (Bandera, Pipe Creek, Boerne, Lake Hills, Kerrville and Fredericksburg)

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Agriculture and Applied Economics. She is a native Houstonian with over a decade of sales and marketing experience in both the oil and gas industry and luxury retail. Jessica resides in a townhouse in the Galleria area and is a proud first-time homebuyer! She has been an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over 10 years and has served on the leadership team of the Champion Wine Garden Committee for the past 2 years. She has a love for contemporary music, cooking and trying new foods, and finding new places in Houston to explore!
