Taresa rejoined the Real Estate Professional community in April of 2015 having been a licensed agent from 1991 to 1995 and returned in 2015 after a successful career as a Controller, CPA, Accounting Software Consultant and IT Professional. Taresa has achieved the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) Designation, Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR®), the Accredited Staging Professional® Designation, the TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) Designation and the NHC (New Home Construction - Buyer Representative) Designation and the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) Designation.
Most recently I have added the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation. I am excited to be working with Seniors and their families to find the perfect home for them, including Active Senior Communities or Continued Care Facilities. This is a free service for my client. I offer this at no cost to the client. The facility compensates me if you move in to their facility. The goal being to assist you in finding the perfect place for you or your parents or loved one. These designations enhance my Real Estate knowledge and help me better serve my clients.

Taresa grew up in the Real Estate business. Her dad, his dad, and his brothers were all home builders. She and her husband have invested in Real Estate in the Houston, Texas area for many years. They have owned Apartments, and Rental properties, and have flipped houses as investors. Hence, She has years of experience on both sides of Real Estate transactions.

Taresa will always go that extra mile to serve you well as a buyer or seller of Real Estate. She will coordinate your sale or purchase for you with proficiency, honesty and integrity.
